Here at Gifta, we work tirelessly to ensure your printed products look their best and to check them before shipping. However, we know that mistakes can happen: if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our customer service team.
What if I don't like the product I've received?
The sizes and prices of all our products are displayed when you upload your photo on the page for your chosen product. You'll be able to see any accessories and how much they cost once you've uploaded your image. Rest assured that until you click 'Buy', you can always go back, make changes to your photo or replace it, choose a different size or add an accessory!
How much do your products cost and what sizes are available?
Absolutely! Here at Gifta, we want you to be 100% satisfied with how your photo looks on our products, so you can view a 2D or 3D preview of your work at any time. The preview is created once you have uploaded your photo, selected the size and confirmed your choices. You can always go back, make changes to your photo or replace it, choose a different size or add an accessory!
Can I see a full preview of the product before buying it?

Economy shipping is always free for orders of £50 and above. Remember that Fast and Express shipping may not be available for all products, and that shipping times may vary by one or two days depending on the delivery address (islands, isolated areas, etc.): You'll be able to check the actual dates and available shipping methods in your cart before you pay.
If you have ordered more than one item, your products may be shipped at different times, so you may receive them separately.

Can I check how my order is progressing?
You can enter any discount codes in the dedicated box in the top right-hand corner of the payment page.
If you are placing an order on your phone, the discount code box is still on the payment page: you can find it by opening the drop-down menu displaying the order total.
You can only use one discount code per order: codes cannot be combined.
